Supply Chain Coordinator 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product team and suppliers to plan and schedule product availability
  • Optimise stock levels and monitor stock movements, working with our stock controllers
  • Analyse data, including stock turns, seasonality and margins
  • Work with Sales and Commercial colleagues to work from sales forecasts
  • Agree prices and shipping schedules with suppliers
  • Plan seasonal stock inputs and new range changes
  • Support Commercial, Sales and Finance
  • Develop monthly forecasts and drive continuous improvement through effective analysis 

Experience Preferred

  • Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Stock Control or Purchasing
  • Experience within an importing, consumer goods, retail or distribution business
  • Experience working with global suppliers - particularly Far East or European supply chains
  • Knowledge of/experience using a demand planning, forecasting or planning tool
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent analytical brain, with solid communication and organisational skills

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Videographer to join our media team to work on productions of all sizes, from snappy social media edits and short product videos, to larger vlogs, storyline based productions and cinematic short films.

Our media team aims to inspire anglers to get out on the bank through video productions. Whether showing off the latest products or creating huge aspirational fishing road trips, our vision is to create great content for everyone.

Primarily home based but with requirement for regular attendance at head office located in Essex.

Essential Attributes

  • A great working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience with both DSLR and mirrorless cameras for both video and photo work
  • An eye for a story and an ability to tell that story through video.
  • A true passion for video production with experience in both long and short form video editing
  • A strong showreel showing production examples
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects and with tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a teamA full UK driver’s license

Desirable attributes

  • An interest in fishing/carp fishing
  • Photo editing skills, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop
  • An educational background in video production
  • Knowledge of production outputs suitable for different platforms

Day to day roles

  • Shooting a multitude of videos from short snappy product videos to feature length carp fishing films
  • Editing everything from 60second snippets, to 2 hour aspirational productions
  • Assisting in pre production, creative input, storyboarding, planning and scripting
  • Occasionally assisting in other tasks assigned to the media team e.g studio photography
  • Collecting footage, editing, colour correcting and audio mixing video content from either past footage or external sources
  • Delivering final video content suitable for various audiences and platforms
  • Liaising with the media manager regarding video content
