Baiting Details: Nash scopex squid 12mm

Catch Details: I visited the small lake on a lunch break and after spotting a big common I decided to do a quick overnighter between work. I baited a spot with a handful of 12mm scopex squid along with a pva bag of crumbed boilie, a simple short blowback rig tied using Nash tackle resulted in this perfect common.

Other Info: The lake runs along side the midlands railway line. The venue is around 2 acres with only a handful of hand picked fish. Credit to the staff at lavender hall for producing an excellent specimen pool that resembles a smaller scale of the famous spitfire venue.
